FocusRay Plus is a set product consisting of the "FocusRay" wireless facial tracking device and the "FocusRay Extension" eye tracking device.
About FocusRay
FocusRay is a facial tracking device for VRSNS equipped with a high-performance camera and infrared illumination module.
By incorporating a global shutter camera* capable of shooting at 120fps, it precisely captures the user's facial expressions and reflects them on VRSNS avatars, enabling unprecedented expressive facial movements.
*A global shutter is a method where all pixels of a camera's image sensor are exposed (capture light) at the same time to record an image instantly. This allows for accurate capture of facial expressions.
By using "Baballonia," an open-source facial tracking project developed by "Project Babble," the software supports smooth facial tracking.

About FocusRay Extension
FocusRay Extension is an eye-tracking device for VRSNS, consisting of a small camera module and a core module.
By adopting a unique magnetic attachment method*, it can be used without problems even by those who use prescription lenses attached to VR headset lenses. (It is not a fixed lens system.)
In addition to being used with each FocusRay model (AONXV-001-W / AONXV-001WR), it is also possible to use FocusRay Extension alone, or in combination with other companies' facial tracking devices.

The core module, which houses the information processing board and battery, is equipped with one power-supplying USB Type-C port. For example, by connecting FocusRay to this port, you can extend the continuous operation time by leveraging the large capacity battery (2000mAh) of FocusRay Extension.
FocusRay Extension is compatible with the following headsets. In addition, we will sequentially announce other compatible devices as real-device verification is completed.
Customers with multiple devices can use one main unit with multiple devices by purchasing a separate mounting base.
